ALT PROCESS SERVICE SERVES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

WESTCHESTER, ROCKLAND, PUTNAM AND DUTCHESS COUNTIES.

New Fees Effective on 3/1/2023 

$100.00 For documents that require PERSONAL- IN HAND service:                             

              -Divorce, Family Court, Citations, etc...

-Service includes up to THREE different attempts at different TIMES and DAYS 

   (Including Saturdays)

- $25.00 EACH  ADDITIONAL ATTEMPT, as per client.

$85.00 For documents that can be SUBSTITUTED SERVICE or POSTED:

                -Summons, Complaints, Subpoenas, Landlord/Tenant, etc...

-Service includes up to THREE different attempts at different TIMES and Days

   (Including Saturdays)

- $25 EACH ADDITIONAL ATTEMPT, as per client

$75.00 For documents being served on BUSINESS/CORPORATIONS

**Multiple serves at ONE address will be an additional half of orignal fee for each additional defendant/ recipient  (ALL types of serves)** EX: 1 defendant $85.00 and 2 additional defendants at $42.50 each.

All ROUTINE services will be completed within 3-5 BUSINESS days (or specific client requests) and include a notarized Affidavit of Service.

RUSH services will be an automatic $35.00 additional Fee and will be completed within 1-3 BUSINESS days and include a notarized Affidavit of Service. Same Day RUSH fee is additional $50.00.

                      ** .15 a page printing fee for over 20 pages**
